Publishing and distribution

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You must have the necessary rights and authorisation. By publishing, you grant Power CM Software a non-exclusive licence to store, format, index, display and distribute the submitted public information through RelayDataAI pages, API, MCP and authorised distribution integrations, including commercial API access. This does not transfer ownership or authorise resale of confidential documents.

Your controls and responsibilities

You may update or withdraw your listings. Withdrawal removes them from future public queries; copies already obtained by others may remain. Publish accurate, lawful information. Do not include private personal data, credentials, deceptive claims, malware, instructions targeting agents or material you cannot distribute. Regulated offers must comply with the rules applicable to their provider. We may restrict abusive or unlawful publications and handle correction requests.

Source, freshness and recommendations

An authenticated account is not proof of domain ownership or independent verification of its claims. Listings are labelled publisher/owner-declared. Confirmation older than 90 days is flagged. Check material conditions with the original provider. Publication does not guarantee indexing, recommendation, traffic, sales or inclusion in any particular assistant.

Account data and private imports

We process account name, email, authentication identifiers, listings, key hashes and usage counters to provide and secure the service. Google sign-in requests basic identity information, not Gmail, Drive or Calendar access. Authentication and database hosting use Neon; application hosting uses Vercel. Website/document import requests remain private for preparation, estimated at 3–5 days, and are not automatically processed by an AI service. Do not submit confidential or sensitive documents.

Privacy rights and retention

Account processing is necessary to provide the requested service; limited security records support our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Public distribution is based on your publication instructions and licence. Necessary authentication cookies are used; no optional advertising or analytics cookies are installed by this release. Contact us to request access, correction, export, withdrawal or account deletion and revoke API keys. Private import documents are removed when no longer needed for preparation or on a valid deletion request. Security and version records are retained only as needed for service integrity and applicable obligations. You may complain to a competent data protection authority.

AppLensy distribution and linked accounts

Public AppLensy catalogue entries are distributed here with source attribution. For account-submitted apps, the original verified registration email is stored privately to assign management when that same email is verified on RelayDataAI. No password or session is transferred. Editorial entries without an identified account remain unassigned. Owners can update or withdraw their listings.

API access

The launch allowance is free and subject to documented limits. Higher-volume or redistributed access requires agreed commercial terms. Do not bypass quotas or use data for spam, impersonation or unlawful profiling. No paid subscription is created by publishing.
